“As You Like It” is the story of Rosalind and Orlando, two run-aways who meet just before deciding, separately, to flee the court of the usurping Duke Frederick before he locks them up or eliminates them. Rosalind disguises herself as a young man to insure her safety and that of her companion, her cousin Celia. When she, disguised as a “he,” meets Orlando who has also fled to the forest, the fun begins, paralleled by other comic subplots.
Veteran Theater Project actors Liz Kneebone and Sean McGuire play Rosalind and Orlando, supported by 14 Theater Project veterans and newcomers.
