PORTLAND — U.S. Cellular has named Melody Pierce as the area sales manager for U.S. Cellular in central New England. Pierce will lead the sales teams at eight U.S. Cellular stores, including those in Auburn, Scarborough, Topsham, South Portland, Portland, South Paris, Westbrook and North Conway, N.H.
Pierce has more than 18 years of wireless experience. In her new role, she will ensure that her team of associates help customers select the best device and plan that meets their needs and help them stay organized and connected to the people and information that are important to them.
She most recently served as a performance management consultant for U.S. Cellular in New England, where she collaborated with market leadership to identify performance barriers and drive implementation of solutions to achieve superior results. She lives in Saco with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and spending time at the beach.
