Fellowship night at Evening Star lodge

BUCKFIELD — Fellowship night will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, at the Evening Star No. 147 Lodge.

This is open to the public; ladies and gentlemen are welcome.

Members will show visitors around the lodge and answer questions about membership. Refreshments will be served.

The lodge is in downtown Buckfield, just across the bridge, No. 4 on the left.

Chinese auction benefits pets

PARIS — A Chinese auction will be held Saturday, April 26, at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, to benefit Responsible Pet Care.

Bidding runs from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Winners will be drawn at 6:30.

Tickets are $5, $10 and $20; bonus tickets available. There are more than 300 items. Food and refreshments will be available.

Roast pork supper and dance

PARIS — A roast pork supper and dance will be held Saturday, April 26, at the South Paris American Legion Hall, 12 Church St.

Supper will be served from 5 to 6 p.m. Dance by the Jones Band is from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Cost for supper only, $8 adults, $4 ages 12 and under; dance only is $5.
