Promising newcomers: Seniors — Bianca Giron, Randi Higgins, Kelly Pomerleau; Juniors — Izzy Gerencer, Anya Lee; Freshmen — Laurel Christopher, Laura Dolci, Bethany Hammond, Clare Kramer, Rachel Kurtz, Kaelynn Linck, Hannah Phelan, Kassaundra Stacy.
Season outlook: The potential is there for this to be a good team. Losing conference MVP Thompson will be a tough blow for the team, but the Saints bring back a lot of players with experience. This experience, along with a youth movement, has in a position to challenge the traditional powers like Hall-Dale, Waynflete and NYA. With the experience many of these girls got playing junior high tennis past year, several of them are poised to make an immediate impact on the varsity team. The Saints’ goal is to get better every day and never play against a team that will outwork them, according to Cullen.
