LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial for Richard J. D. White Sr. was celebrated on Monday morning, April 14, at Holy Cross Church in Lewiston, officiated by the Rev. Marc Caron, following morning prayers at the Fortin Group Funeral Home in Lewiston.

The first reading was by Benjamin Bourgoin, the Prayer of the Faithful was read by Marcel Drouin and the presentation of the gifts was by Danielle Roy, Kelley Bourgoin and Julie Morneault. A eulogy was given by Normand and France Morneault. Bearers were Michael White, Joey White, Shawn Hartford, Ian Roy, Joey Morneault and Patrick Roy.

A committal service with military honors was held at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Lewiston with Mr. White’s grandson, Ian Roy, presenting the U.S. flag to his grandmother, Laureanne.
