1951 – 2014

TURNER — Robert J. Wilson Jr., 62, of Turner, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, May 4.

He was born in Biddeford on Aug. 22, 1951, a son of the late Robert J. and Noella (Martel) Wilson Sr. He attended schools in Brunswick and graduated from Brunswick High School, Class of 1969. He started his career as a small engine mechanic and welder; he also exceeded in many other trades.

His passion was for his beloved wife of 28 years, Patricia. He loved Harley-Davidsons, fishing, boating, gardening and cooking. His greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren and nephews.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia R. Wilson; three daughters, Tina Wilson-Churchill and husband, Caleb, of Somerville, Sheri Wilson and fiancé, Mark Ridgeway, of Topsham and Elizabeth Heath and husband, Ron, of Mechanic Falls; a brother, Guy Wilson and wife, Sally, of Freeport; three grandsons, Tyson, Eddie and Joey; three granddaughters, Breanna, Kelsea and Lauren; a great-grandson, Carter; a great-granddaughter, Sophia; his two nephews, Glen and Gordan; and many in-laws.
