* James Mockler, 26, of 39 County Road, Milford, theft, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, 12:12 a.m. Thursday on Davis Street, Lisbon Falls by Lisbon Police Department.

* An SUV driven by Cindy L. Tuttle, 45, of Lewiston struck a light pole while driving out of a parking lot 9:22 a.m. Tuesday at Panera Bread on Turner Street. Her 2011 Honda was towed.

* A car driven by Sally D. Smith, 61, of Greenwood struck a deer that ran into the roadway at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday on Young’s Corner Road. Damage to her 2010 Toyota was listed as functional.

Lewiston

* A car driven by Matthew S. Landry, 22, of Sabattus struck a utility pole while he was driving at 6:41 a.m. Tuesday on Pleasant Street near Stevens Street. Damage to his 2004 Mazda was listed as functional.
