1944 – 2014

POWAY, Calif. — Pauline Morin Wheelington, 69, passed peacefully on Sunday, May 4, at Pomerado Hospital in Poway, Calif.

Pauline was born in Lewiston on May 29, 1944. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and an endearing friend. Her strong Christian faith and positive attitude were an inspiration to all who knew her.

Pauline is survived by her daughters, Tracey Ward, Ebony Fryer and Angela Phares; her daughters’ father, Spencer Wheelington; stepdaughter, Juana Cummings; stepson, Sean Wheelington; mother, Carmen Morin; sisters, Jo-An Stavros and Claudette Saul; brother, Richard Morin; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.

Pauline was predeceased by her sons, Sean Pratt and Brent Wheelington; father, Rene Morin; and sister, Claire Thorne.
