1930 – 2014

AUBURN — Therese L. Rousseau, 82, of Lewiston died Friday, May 16, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin after a long illness with her family by her side.

She was born in Berlin, N.H., on Nov. 5, 1930, the daughter of the late Albert and Rose (Fecteau) Roberge. In 1953, she married Roland Rousseau, who died in 2009.

Therese was a great cook, who enjoyed shopping, going to Old Orchard Beach, going out to eat and, most of all, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Richard Rousseau and his wife, Lena, of Lewiston and Dennis Rousseau of Lewiston; two daughters, Madeline Rousseau of Virginia and Rosemarie Davis and her husband, Greg, of Lewiston; three sisters, Cecile Francoeur of N.H., Lorraine Rosaire of N.H., and Pauline Dube and her, husband Edward, of Florida; five grandchildren; and nine-great grandchildren.

Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Gerald Roberge.
