LEWISTON — The Ark will offer two series during June.

A four-week summer herb series, “Mining for Minerals,” will start Monday, June 2. The classes will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 791 Lisbon St.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday, June 2: “Dem Bones, Dem Bones, Dem Dry Bones,” calcium.

Monday, June 9: “Magnificent Magnesium,” magnesium.

Monday, June 16: “A Salty Solution,” seaweed and iron.

Monday June 23: “Let’s Iron It Out,” iron.

The cost is $10 a night or $35 for the series.

A financial management series will take place at 6:30 p.m. starting Tuesday, June 3, at The Ark.

The three-week seminar will be as follows:

Tuesday, June 3: “How To Get Out of Debt.”

Tuesday, June 17: “How To Overcome Bad Spending Habits.”
