MEXICO — An ATV purchase for the Police Department and opening bids on town properties are on the agenda for Tuesday evening’s selectmen meeting.

The Police Department sold its 2003 Arctic Cat ATV for $1,500 and placed the funds in a reserve account to help cover the cost of a newer ATV.

“Our plan right now is to replace the Arctic Cat with a newer ATV,” police Chief Roy Hodsdon said in April. “We have the money for it through the different grants we receive.”

Other items on the agenda include:

* Setting the board’s summer meeting schedule

* Discussing an ATV access on Mitchell, Granite, Hill, Pine and Brook streets

* Holding an executive session to discuss Public Works union negotiations
