LEWISTON — Knights of Columbus Rev. Louis J. Fortier Council 106 of the Basilica of St. Peter & Paul will hold a benefit spaghetti dinner for Jimmy Roy from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 22, at Holy Cross Church Hall on Lisbon Street. It is handicap accessible.

Tickets are being sold in advance or at the door for $8 adults, $4 kids ages 4-10 and kids 3 and under free. There also will be a 50/50 and many raffles.

Roy is the son of Marielle and Paul Roy of Roy’s Bicycle Shop. He needs a new kidney and is on a wait-list at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. All proceeds raised will help offset the cost of life-long anti-rejection medicine and other medical expenses.

There also will be an information booth to help raise awareness of the importance of organ donations.
