FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Animal Shelter is joining other shelters across the nation to offer adult cat adoptions for $9 for nine days.
The promotion, called “9 Lives for $9,” runs from Saturday, June 14, to Sunday, June 22, at the shelter at 550 Industry Road in Farmington.
The summer months see an increase in the number of cats at the shelter, so there are a lot from which to choose.
The event was started by Best Friends Animal Society.
