1949 – 2014

LEWISTON — Robert F. Starratt, 64, of Lewiston, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 23, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born in Boston, Mass., on Sept. 30, 1949, a son of Robert and Donna (Harris) Starratt. He was a graduate of Dover High School in Dover, N.H. He later attended the University of New Hampshire, from which he obtained his bachelor’s degree and continued his education receiving his master’s degree in social work from the University of New England.

On Sept. 29, 2006, he married Rosario Sanchez, of Peru. Robert owned and operated Ocean Breezes Family Therapy in Lewiston.

He is survived by his wife, Rosario Starratt, of Lewiston; his son, Nathan Starratt, of New Hampshire; his daughter, Chandra Kingsbury, of Springvale; one grandson and two granddaughters; his sister, Nancy France and husband, Jeff, of New Hampshire; and his brothers, Frank Starratt and Thomas Starratt and wife, Patricia, all of New Hampshire.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Breanna Starratt.
