WEBSTER—Constance P., died Wednesday, July 2, in the wonderful care of Androscoggin Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. A family celebration of her life will be held in her beloved Georgetown on Aug. 10 on the beach in front of the cottage that Web and Connie built in 1960. Lobsters and clams will highlight the menu, as they have been served at many Perkins family reunions and Webster gatherings. In lieu of flowers, her memory would be honored if friends and relatives would take a few minutes to write a personal note to a loved one or friend in need.
