Smithcrossing reunion

RUMFORD — A Smithcrossing reunion will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 12, at the Sons of Italy.

There will a hamburger and hot dog barbecue and games. Cost for adults and children is $6, no charge for children under 4. The event is open to the public.

Annual VIS Treasures Sale

RUMFORD — The annual Rumford Center VIS Treasures Sale will be held from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, July 18, and from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at the Rumford Center Meeting House.

There will be furniture, clothing, kitchenware, books, games, toys, tools, baked goods and much more.

Old friends and new meet and visit over coffee or some of Barker’s Famous Franks.
