AUBURN — The Robin Dow Senior Citizens Club will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, at the Alden M. Gayton Post 31, American Legion, 426 Washington St.

Thirty-three members were present as the group met on July 13.

Chaplain Pat Donohue opened the meeting with a prayer, “Change of Command,” and the group recited the Lord’s Prayer along with her.

A salute to the American flag was followed by singing of one verse of “America the Beautiful.”

August birthdays were honored. Jeanne Doyon updated the group on the trips that are scheduled.

Attendance prize was won by Beverly Lashua, Mary Ray; pot of gold, Opal Grant, Pat Donohue, Ralph Lashua; raffle, Irene Fraser, Virginia Houston, Valerie St. Clair; 50/50, Caroline Chapman, Irene Fraser, Opal Grant.

The meeting closed with a prayer by Pat Donohue, followed by singing of “God Bless America.”

A basket auction was held with auctioneer Nancy Roy. A bag lunch and bingo followed.
