Carol Miller, food service manager at Bridgton and Rumford hospitals, was recently honored by Premier Food Service as one of the top 10 food service directors across the county. As one of the finalists for the 2014 Premier Illuminating Excellence Awards, Miller was recognized for improving patient satisfaction and food quality while slicing food spend and labor costs to new lows. Miller emphasizes continued process improvement and initiates co-ops for employee purchasing, among other things. Miller is fourth from right.
