Why did Lewiston waste money on putting bicycle lanes on some of the streets? I know for a fact that the ones on Pine and Ash streets are hardly ever used properly by bicyclists.

Bicyclists go the wrong way on one-way streets, use the sidewalks, zoom through parks with no consideration for others —it’s a joke. They never get stopped for anything, so the rules of the roads don’t apply to them.

Others have to stay alert for those bicyclists who gave all other bicyclists a bad rap.
