LEWISTON — Community Concepts, with main offices in Lewiston and South Paris, recently hired Mary-Rita Reinhard as the organization’s new chief operating officer.
Reinhard is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in business process improvement, managing by the metrics, strategic planning and leading people. She has experience in the nonprofit, for-profit and publicly traded industries. Recent past jobs held include director of operations at both Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maine and Tri-County Mental Health.
As the chief operating officer of Community Concepts, she will be an effective leader focused on initiating change, establishing direction and executing against plan.
She lives in Naples with her husband and has two grown children.
