At 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Sept. 26-27, and at 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, the Manhattan Short-Film Festival will come to The Public Theatre in Lewiston. Films from around the world will be screened in over 300 cities spanning six continents. Each audience member will cast a vote for their favorite.
