1999 – 2014
AUBURN — Paige J. Jones, 15, of 96 High St., Auburn, died in her home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, Sept. 25, following an eight-year battle with metachromatic leukodystrophy.
Born in Lewiston on May 6, 1999, she was the daughter of John B. Jones and Corinna M. Chevalier.
Besides her father and mother, she is survived by two brothers, Christopher Poulin and Isaiah Anderson, both of Auburn; five sisters, Jessica and husband, Joe Gammon, of New Gloucester, Kirstie Teague of Lewiston, Shayli Poulin of Lewiston and Jordan and Emma Jones, both of Auburn; maternal grandmother, Anne Marie Garey of Cartwright, Okla.; paternal grandfather, Ralph Jones of Auburn; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family thanks Paige’s doctors and nurses, the staff of Fairview School and most especially Misty Doucette for all the love and care they gave her during her long illness.
