1987 – 2014

LEWISTON — “Friends are like stars. You can’t always see them, but they are always there!”

After a lifetime of touching so many of his friends and family members, trying to make their lives better, Cameron E. Goulet, 27, of Rejane Ave., died Wednesday, Oct. 8, at his home.

He was born in Presque Isle on Sept. 24, 1987, a son of John and Judy Gowell Goulet. He graduated from Edward Little High School in the Class of 2005.

He worked at LePage Bakery and enjoyed having intellectual conversations with many people and playing Frisbee golf. With his beloved daughter, Annabelle, he loved to climb trees, take long walks, play fun games, watch movies, go to the playground and decorate Christmas cookies. He was one with his dog, Zoe, and read books focused on spiritual development.

He truly cared for his friends and wanted to support them in their time of need. He was very kind, thoughtful and patient. His smile was genuine and meaningful. He cared deeply about people’s feelings and tried to help his friends recognize their importance in this world and the gifts they had to offer, even as he searched for greater meaning in his own life.
