As far as I can tell, everybody is tired of the party line tit-for-tat, as well as the party-line voting by members of the Maine House and Senate.
The solution to the dilemma, as I see it, is to elect an independent candidate. That way, elected officials can finally work together and not feel obligated to vote other than from their hearts.
Eliot Cutler would fit the bill.
