Heidi Brooks is running for state representative. Everyone in Lewiston, and in Maine, should thank her for her tireless effort to protect voters’ rights. She spent endless hours on the hottest days collecting signatures for a petition and is now working on clean election reform.
She will fight to keep property taxes as low as possible so seniors can stay at home. She will fight for the right of property owners to rebuild after a fire or a disaster.
Recently, she was endorsed by the Maine Alliance of Retired Americans for her devotion and dedicated work and speaking up for senior issues in Lewiston, Augusta and Washington.
As a former member of the Lewiston School Committee, education is very important. Brooks serves on the Androscoggin Head Start board. She understands that education starts at birth and continues throughout people’s lifetimes.
I will vote for Heidi Brooks because of her dedication.
