There are two kinds of politicians — ones who crave power and the ones who care about people.
Eric Brakey cares about people. He comes to City Council meetings regularly. He meets with us and asks what Auburn needs. He has knocked on thousands of doors to meet and listen to the people. He has shown he truly cares.
His opponent makes a token appearance to lecture us just before an election.
The voters of Auburn, and surrounding towns, have a clear choice in November. They can vote for a candidate whose priority is power, like John Cleveland, or they can vote for Brakey, whose priority is the people.
As for me, I will always choose the people, and my vote will be for Eric Brakey
