In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Auburn Middle School partnered with Q97.9 and the Auburn Public Services to help raise awareness by donating to the Cans for a Cure bottle drive. Auburn Public Services provided a dump truck that the AMS community was able to fill to overflowing. Q97.9’s Laurie Voornas and Meredith Manning picked up the collection. The AMS community exceeded the goal of 2,940 cans by collecting a total of 5,494. An account has been set up at Rooper’s for those still wishing to donate.
