JAY — The Jay Village Water District lifted the boil-water order Wednesday for customers affected by a major waterline break on Main Street on Saturday, according to district officials.
Water samples were tested at a lab in Augusta and determined safe for public consumption, Superintendent Mike Wells said.
“The water district wishes to express their thanks to all who were inconvenienced by this incident,” he said.
