FARMINGTON — The Board of Selectmen agreed Tuesday to hold a dedication ceremony for the new Bjorn Park on Saturday, Dec. 6.
It will be held at 10 a.m. at the park, Town Manager Richard Davis said. Richard Bjorn is expected to attend, he said.
The park is at the intersection of High Street and Farmington Falls Road.
In other business, the board gratefully accepted an anonymous $1,000 donation to the town’s Parks and Recreation Department. The donor left the decision on where to use the funds to the department, Davis told the board.
