1938 – 2014

PORTLAND — H. Michael Alpren, JD, LCPC, 76, of Portland, died unexpectedly from a sudden illness on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

He was born in Lewiston on March 5, 1938, the son of the late Samuel and Ida (Chase) Alpren.

Michael was a practicing marriage and family therapist for the past several years in Portland.

He leaves his three children: Sheri A. Clark and husband, Kevin, and their two children, Drew and Samantha; Steve Alpren and wife, Heidi, and their two sons, Jake and Dylan; and Lori Alpren-Kenney and husband, Alan, and their two children, Joshua and Caitlyn.
