RUMFORD — Tuesday night’s Charter Commission meeting has been rescheduled to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, in the Conference Room at the Municipal Building because of the snow and ice storm, Executive Secretary Terri Palmer said Tuesday by email.
