Sermon: ‘Just What Is This Good News?’
PARIS — The First Universalist Church on Pine Street has announced that Silver Moore-Lemon will lead the worship service on Sunday, Dec. 14. The title of the 10 a.m. service is “Just What Is This Good News?”
Music is under the direction of Donna Hurd and Sunday School is under the direction of Renee Wales.
Coffee, snacks and fellowship will follow the worship service and all are welcome. Childcare is available and the Frist Universalist Church is wheelchair accessible.
Christmas Eve service at Shorey Chapel
INDUSTRY — A Christmas Eve service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24, at Shorey Chapel, 1109 Industry Road.
It will be a service of carols and scripture.
On Sunday, Dec. 21, all are welcome to the 10 a.m. worship service.
