1934 – 2014

DIXFIELD — Randall W. Enman, 80, of Dixfield, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 24, after struggling with cancer.

Randall was born May 28, 1934, son of John Major and Maude (Woodward) Enman. He attended local schools.

Randall started driving tractor and truck at a very young age on the farm. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army for two years at Fort Hood. He resumed doing what he loved, truck driving, working for Waldo Porter, Timberlands, E.J. Carrier and others.

He married Violet (Bragg) on June 12, 1993.

He enjoyed deer hunting. He loved riding off-road in his Jeep with Steve and special friends Kelly and Tina Lee. Above all, he loved his family, and he will certainly be missed by all.

Randall (Randy) is survived by his wife of 21 years, Violet of Dixfield; children, Melinda Ellis and husband, Steve, of Dixfield, Julie Enman of Avon, Brian Enman and wife, Tonia, of Canton, Leroy Haynes and wife, Janice, of Livermore, Mark Haynes and wife, Michelle, of Terryville, Conn., Kenneth Haynes of Livermore, Crystal Zeman and husband, Tim of Marengo, Ill., and Wally Haynes II and wife, Tersa, of Canton; a sister, Edith Pettingill of Canton; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his sons, Gregory Enman and Michael Haynes; his parents, John Major and Maude; sisters, Geraldine, Ruth and Maude; brothers, Win, Frank and John II.
