KENNEBUNK (AP) — A Kennebunk man is facing heroin trafficking charges after police connected him to three recent overdoses.
Authorities say 27-year-old Christopher Robart has been held at the York County Jail on $25,000 bail for almost a month on an aggravated trafficking in heroin charge, but he has recently been identified as the source of the heroin that led to three non-fatal overdoses, two in Kennebunk and one in Lyman.
In all three cases, rescue workers used Narcan to reverse the effects of the heroin and saved the people’s lives.
Police on Tuesday charged Robart with two more counts of aggravated trafficking in heroin based on the overdose cases and his bail was tripled to $75,000.
It’s unclear if he has a lawyer.
