Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed this holiday season and made an effort to shop locally.

Winter is here in full force. Be sure to take advantage of all that the River Valley area has to offer – down hill and cross country skiing at Black Mountain of Maine, snowmobiling, walking through the fields and woods with those new snowshoes, ice skating at our area rinks. Maine is a destination for many winter-loving “out of staters.” We are the fortunate ones to call this area home!

On New Year’s Day I received this message from a friend: “Today is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one!” I wanted to share this with you as the new year brings with it the opportunity to make positive changes that will bring positive results to your life.
