LATHAM, N.Y. —  Major General Patrick A. Murphy, the adjutant general for the State of New York, announces the promotion of Zachary Dalrymple of Farmington in recognition of his capability for additional responsibility and leadership.

Serving with the Intelligence and Sustainment Company, 42nd Infantry Division of the New York Army National Guard, Dalrymple has been promoted to the rank of staff sergeant.
