Lisbon bean supper of Jan. 30 canceled 

LISBON — Due to the incoming storm, the Lisbon Music Boosters’ bean supper will not be held on Friday, Jan. 30.

A tentative date for rescheduling is Friday, March 6. Watch for further information or contact Jonathan Carsley, music department, Lisbon High School, 353.3030.

Library program on cleaning up credit

AUBURN — In partnership with Women, Work and Community, the Auburn Public Library will present a special workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Feb. 6, detailing steps you can take to increase your credit score.

Led by Laurie McDonnell, the workshop will cover the concepts of credit, strategies for reducing debt and repairing credit, credit reports and credit scores.

Women, Work and Community has been helping Maine people succeed in their workplace, business and community for 35 years.

This workshop is free and open to the public.
