* Cody Magoon, 23, Rumford, domestic assault, 11:03 p.m. Feb. 7. He was released on $800 unsecured bail. He will be arraigned on March 3 in 11th District Court.
Reports
* A business reported two shoplifters at 3:59 p.m. on Feb. 7. They had already left the store by the time police were called. Cpl. Donald Miller is investigating.
* An Erchles Street resident reported at 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 7 that someone had shot out a door window with a BB gun. Miller is investigating.
* Took a report at 11:26 a.m. on Feb. 6 of the theft of a cleaning machine from a Lowell Street business. It is valued at $1,500. Miller is investigating.
* Took a report at 7:20 a.m. on Jan. 31 of a burglary on Hosmer Lane and criminal mischief. A jacket was missing. It is being investigated by Sgt. James Bernard.
