To the men and women of the Lewiston and Auburn Public Works who plow, sand and remove snow from our roads, as well as the private contractors who clear the parking lots at the malls, shopping centers and places of business in the area — thank you very much.
The next time a plow comes by and pushes snow into the end of your driveway, don’t raise a fist and curse, give a wave and thank the driver for the long hours spent clearing our roads.
Once again, a sincere thank you.
John Lussier, Lewiston
