Farmington Ski Club spaghetti supper
FARMINGTON — A spaghetti supper will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Farmington Ski Club, 180 Ski Slope Road.
The ski area will be open until 8 p.m.
The supper consists of spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert and beverage.
Cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children 10 and under.
Proceeds will be used to pay for new equipment.
Dance on Feb. 28 at Amvets Post
JAY — A dance featuring music by Noel and Don will take place from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at Amvets Post 33, Route 4.
There is no cover.

Scrapbooking class at Oxford Rec
OXFORD — A scrapbooking class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays, March 2 and March 16, at the Oxford Recreation Department.
Cost for each class is $3.
Bring your own albums, pages and supplies to work on.
Each week will feature a make-n-take page sample for you to experiment with.
Experienced scrapbookers are welcome to share their expertise.
Residents and nonresidents are welcome.

Crafters wanted for Beacon House fair
RUMFORD — The Beacon House Learning Center will host their annual craft fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 9, at the Rumford Order of Eagles Club, 13 Oxford Ave.
There will be food, crafts, children’s games, karaoke and a Chinese auction.
Crafters are wanted. Tables are $15 each or two for $25.

Career scholarships available
FARMINGTON — The Franklin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is once again offering health career scholarships. Scholarships will be presented to students in need of financial assistance who reside in Greater Franklin County, including Livermore Falls and Livermore, and are pursuing careers in the health care field.
To be eligible, applications must be completed and returned by April 15. Applicants must also have been accepted to a school of their choice by that date.
In May, the Auxiliary will select six recipients for the $600 scholarships. The funds will be awarded following the successful completion of the first semester of post-secondary school.
