AUBURN — Good Shepherd Food-Bank recently welcomed the following new members to its Board of Directors:

Kevin Carleton is senior director customer engagement, Reflexis Systems. He is a member of the board of directors of Western Maine Health. He previously served on the boards of the United Way of Greater Portland and Oxford County United Way.

Matthew Chin is executive vice president of operations at Goodwill Industries of Northern New England. His previous board experience includes serving as a director of Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the United Way of Greater Portland.

Bruce Daman is director of brand communications at Hannaford Supermarkets. He previously served as director of marketing operations for Cole-Haan.

Barbara Kierstead Gagne, vice president and senior community development operations manager at TD Bank, is responsible for loan operations, regulatory compliance with specific emphasis on fair lending laws and the Community Reinvestment Act.

Michelle Thorpe Hayes is one of three principals at Smith Kjedgaard & Hayes—Human Resource Solutions. She previously served as vice president, human resource and business solutions, Drake Inglesi Milardo, and as vice president, associate relations and talent acquisition, Hannaford Supermarkets. She is a member of the board of directors of the Kids First Center.

Stacey Haskell is vice president, marketing and community relations manager for Bangor Savings Bank and program officer for the Bangor Savings Bank Foundation. She previously served as the vice chairwoman of Lemonade Day, Maine, and as vice chairwoman of Build-A-Biz Maine.

Ben Sprague is a financial adviser for Means Wealth Management in Bangor. A member of the Bangor City Council, he served as its chairman for 2013-14. He is  chairman of Tri-County Workforce Investment.
