FARMINGTON — Mt. Blue RSD Adult & Community Education spring session has scheduled two art classes with instructor Barbara Hathaway, Painter of Sunsets.

* Acrylic Painting begins 6 p.m. to 7:30 April 1 at the Hathaway Art Studio, 32 Maple Street, Wilton. It is fun to paint with acrylic as it dries quickly and is easy to clean up. 

* Art of Watercolor, using the Michael Wilcox painting technique, begins Monday 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. April 6 at the Hathaway Art Studio. Students learn to control color mixing by practicing making pleasing colors in values of light, medium and dark.
