RUMFORD — Rumford Elks Lodge #862 announces its 2015 National Foundation Scholarship winners as follows:

First place for boys, Liam Gallagher of Telstar Regional High School; second place, Caleb Gauvin of Mountain Valley High School; third place, Jared Arsenault of Mountain Valley High School.

First place for girls, Skye Fournier of Gould Academy; second place, Elle Burbank of Gould Academy; third place, Adelle Oswald of Mountain Valley High School.

The applications of the above winners have been forwarded to the Maine Elks Association for further scholarship consideration.

Seniors who attend Mountain Valley, Dirigo, Telstar, Gould Academy or are home schooled and live in these school districts and who plan to attend an accredited four-year college or university are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Seniors who have a parent, step-parent, grandparent or step-grandparent in good standing within the Elks organization are eligible to apply for a Legacy Scholarship.
