POLAND — An annual spring event, Poland Candidates Night, will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, in the Conference Room of the Poland Town Office. Candidates for office in the spring elections will be introduced and will participate in a roundtable conversation, “Poland: 2015 and Beyond.”

There will be opportunity for audience participation in the discussion led by moderator, Randy LaClaire. The program will be televised on the local public access channel.

This year three candidates, William Eldridge, Janice Kimball and Stanley Tetenman, are vying for two positions on the Select Board. Candidates Lionel Ferland and Leonard Lamoreau are seeking positions on the Budget Committee.

Valerie Jones, candidate for Library Board, and Melanie Harvey and Scott Sawyer, candidates for RSU 16 School Board, will participate in the forum as well.
