1971 – 2015

VERONA ISLAND — Michael Anthony Bryant was born Nov. 18, 1971, in Farmington. He passed unexpectedly on Sunday, April 5, at his childhood home, surrounded by his loving family.

Michael was an avid race fan and among his favorites was Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr. Racing was a hobby that he very much enjoyed with his father, Randall Bryant; his brother, Ronald Bryant; and in recent years, his son, Michael Bowden.

Michael also enjoyed country music, spending time with friends and family, especially his son, Michael. Michael was a great mechanic, construction worker and experienced welder. Welding became more than a job he enjoyed, and he welded jewelry and sculptures. He was very talented.

Through mechanics and racing, a very special bond was formed between Ronald, Randall and Michael.

Michael was very resilient and lived through trials where others would have given up. He had a big heart and loved his family dearly. He always helped anyone in need.

Michael was predeceased by his father, Randall Bryant in 2005; grandparents, Red and Genevieve Sirois, Vance Bryant and Harry Goings; uncles, Stephen Bryant and Jesse Sirois.

Michael is survived by his loving mother, Mary Mel Bryant; brother, Ronald Bryant and wife, Kymberli and daughter, Shelby; grandmothers, Helen Bryant and Hope Goings; many aunts, uncles and cousins that he loved very much; and a dear family friend, Claudette Heath.
