LEWISTON — The Maine Association for Infant Mental Health will hold its 28th annual conference on strengthening family, child and provider relationships. The conference will be from 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, May 8, at the Carriage House in Lewiston.

Margaret Blaustein, Ph.D., will speak on fostering resilience through attachment, self-regulation and competency. She is director of training and education at the Trauma Center at the Justice Research Institute in Brookline, Mass. Blaustein co-authored the text, “Treating Traumatic Stress in Children and Adolescents.”
