POLAND — Emmy Andersson has owned and operated Square Root Natural Foods in the Poland Crossing Plaza for the past five years. That is about to change. Within the next few weeks, Square Root will be closing its doors forever to make way for the grand opening of Dagny’s Market & Deli this summer.

This new expansion of products and services has been in the works for more than a year, Andersson said. At the end of what is to be a weeklong shut down, she said, Dagny’s will open up with a new, full-service deli and a re-envisioned selection of produce, grocery and home-care products.
