1952 – 2015

LEWISTON — Misty (Lyndell) Tabor, 62. I’m dead. I’m gone. I am now hanging out with Big Daddy, JC and the little spook.

Born Sept. 8, 1952, in Pawtucket, R.I., after my parents, George Tabor and Melba Cook Tabor, eloped the year before.

I graduated from Edward Little High School in 1971 and CMVTI in 1983 as an LPN.

I am survived by two beautiful children, Marcy Webster and Mikel Tabor; grandchildren, Cassie, Jasmine, Mikayla, Deanna, Diane, Sara and Malachai; a daughter of my heart, Heather Pratt and grandchildren of my heart, Kirstyn, Brooke and Ayden; my sister, Dawn Robinson; and brother, Scott Tabor; many nieces and nephews; numerous cousins and special family friends; special friends, Holly and Fawn; also by two young women who meant a lot to me, Ashley Baxter and Katherine Cushman.

All my grandparents, parents and a special sister, Lois Fulton, will be there to take my hand and guide me home.

There will be no service. If there is, I will hunt you down and haunt you.

The obituary was written by our mother. This is what she wanted and we are doing our best to respect her wishes. Even though we had time to prepare, there was not enough time to spend with her.

Thank you to the many medical personnel who had a hand in her care through the years. We will be throwing her a party. Details are not complete at this time. We will update on her Facebook page as to when and where it will be.
