NORWAY — Oxford Hills SCORE, in conjunction with Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce, will present a program and discussion on business plans from 8 to 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, at the Norway Town Office Building, 19 Danforth St., Norway.

Topics to be addressed include:

• Last Year: Was it what you expected/wanted?

• The Money: Essential business goals

• Sales/Revenues: What do you need?

• Marketing Plan: What do you need to do?

• Operations: What needs to change?

• Resources: Who will do it?

• Measurement: Do you have a way to regularly measure results?

Coffee will be available from Aroma Joe’s at 7:45 a.m., with the roundtable starting promptly at 8 a.m.
