PARIS — University College Norway/South Paris is accepting applications for Osher Scholarships.

Potential recipients are people who have not tried higher education due to the cost.

The Osher Scholarships will give potential students the opportunity to try a college class for free. There will be no commitment by taking the free class.

Qualifying recipients are Maine residents, are a high school graduate or GED recipient, have never completed a college course and will commit to completing a college course.

The scholarships pay for tuition, required books and all fees associated with the course.
